We know you have a busy schedule and we respect your time. That’s why Prestige Imports offers three time-saving guarantees that you won’t get anywhere else:

1. Appointments in Three Days or Less

If you request an appointment “as soon as possible” and we can’t offer you an appointment within the following three business days, we will do more than offer you the next available appointment. On the day of your appointment, we’ll hand wash and dry your vehicle and clean the interior for FREE. If we can’t schedule the car wash that day, we’ll give you a Free Car Wash voucher* that you can redeem with a future service appointment.

2. Your Vehicle Ready When Promised

When you come in for service, we’ll give you an estimated completion time. If we miss that goal by more than 15 minutes, we’ll give you a Free Car Wash voucher* that you can use on a future service appointment. If the cause of a delay is beyond our control, e.g. parts delayed in shipping, this guarantee does not apply.

3. Fixed Right the First Time

At Prestige Imports your vehicle will be fixed right the first time more than 97% of the time. If you ever have to bring your car in a second time for the same problem, we’ll do a free car wash that day or give you a Free Car Wash voucher* that you can use on a future service appointment.

*Import vehicles only. Wash can only be redeemed during an appointment for other service. No “car wash only” appointments. Voucher must be initialed and dated by authorized Prestige Imports employee. Voucher expires one year from issue date.
