"I have been a customer since 2002 with my 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera. I had not been in for service since 2006. ( I fortunately did not need any service). My car had a "bucking" (engine cutting out)problem and I needed an oil leak fixed. The bucking problem was fixed at minimal cost and the oil leak was addressed fixing only one area although I was told there could be another possible area to fix. Joe Licari personnaly handled my service write up and drove the car home to be sure he understood the problem and that it was fixed.
My testimonial is to the outstanding personal and professional service I recieved and the honesty of the work done. Prestige could have said they performed more tests on the bucking problem and charged me more service time along with not fixing an extra oil leak just to pad the bill. You were also able to take a picture of my computer chip (at my request) as a part of the service so I could follow up on how to understand that part of my engine management. I was also able to redeem a coupon for $100 as a new customer since I had notbeen in for service in the past year. This kind of service and honestly is rare in today's world. "I knew about Prestige Imports because my father owned several foreign cars, and always took them there. So when it came time for me to buy my first foreign car (a 99 Volvo S70), I knew where to go. I've since had all my Volvo maintenance performed by the Prestige service techs. I'm increasingly leaning toward purchasing foreign cars (thinking about Volvos and Mini Coopers), and when I decide to make that step I intend to use Prestige.
I do this for three reasons: 1) I know them. Not just one or two people, but the owners as well. I sat with Joe a year ago and discussed financing options for a new car. Everyone is very easy to find and talk to. 2) Customer care is wonderful. A good example is a warranty refund I was able to get for some work on my car from over a year ago - turns out there was a warranty refund available for that part, and Mark in the service department tracked down the right people and got me the refund. He did this without my even asking him to. He kept me updated on the process, including sending me updates via email! This customer attention and care impressed me greatly. 3) Prestige Imports strives for continual improvement. One time I filled in PI's online suggestion form for how Prestige could make a change for the better. I got a phone call in return, with the assurance that my suggestion had been noted and that things would indeed be changing and improving. Prestige listens to their customers, and is willing to act based on their input. I've been very happy with Prestige Imports. I'm more than willing to recommend them to anyone."

"My wife discovered your excellent company while looking for a quality service facility for her Porsche 911. She asked around our little town of South Haven and found the only two 911's we know of were going to Prestige. We've both been totally impressed with the quality and honesty of Prestige; I've had my sister bring her car from Chicago, the 911 never goes anywhere else. Just knowing that you treat a woman with a fast car as a customer and not a checkbook brings you our business every time. "My wife's beloved 5-year old Volvo was sideswiped and totaled by another driver. We needed to replace the car but she did not like anything else she tried. She wanted her car back. "I was first introduced to the EXCELLENT customer service at Prestige Imports after a terrible experience with Fox Saab service (or lack of). I took my Saab to Prestige for a second opinion, and the car engine seized up during the test drive! Obviously this was a major crisis and a difficult situation for everyone. Joe did everything he could to help me and was more than fair. After several attempts to fix it, the car could not be repaired so I purchased a Volvo from him. I am so pleased with the exceptional service I ALWAYS receive from every member of the staff, including a personal greeting from Joe. "Don't ever take your car to anyone for service before you see Prestige Imports, even if you dont drive an import!. My experience with Prestige began about 8 years ago when I bought a pre-owned Benz from Joe. I quickly learned that I got Mercedes quality service at far less than a dealer charges. It gets even better; you can take your car in, any make as in this case it was my daughters Pontiac, for a brake job at one of those "discount" brake places and pay more than having a really well trained mechanic do it for less. How do they do it? Good question for Joe, but one thing I learned firsthand is that the Prestige shop only charges you for the work that NEEDS to be done, unlike the other places where the goal is to sell-you-up to as much as they can get out of you. Joe just doesn't do business that way, which is why I have been a repeat customer! They diagnose right the first time, fix it right the first time, use good parts that last and you have the owner standing behind every purchase. All of that saves time, aggravation and money. I need to spend wisely on everything during these times and the Prestige folks help me do that."

"I bought my Volvo wagon from my son-in-law. He told me to get it serviced at Prestige, that they would charge a fair price for service. As the Volvo aged, several things went wrong with it at the same time. I said to Joe, "I am not sure I want to fix it," and told him I wanted a Subaru Outback wagon to replace it. "I am a big fan of Prestige Imports for the following two reasons! I own a 2002 Volvo S-80 and I continued to hear this annoying rubbing towards the front of my car along with ride that was not very smooth. After taking my car to two tire stores and two different service stations and not getting any results, I finally decided to try Prestige. Within a couple of visits, Prestige had figured out both of my problems and fixed them both at a reasonable cost. My car now rides smoothly and does not have any annoying rubbing sounds. THANKS to Joe and his crew for taking care of my service needs. It is still hard for me to believe that the other four places that I took my car to for service before I discovered Prestige....could not figure out what the problem was. From now on, Prestige gets all my service business...even oil changes. Additionally, when I am ready to purchase a different import, Prestige will be the first place I go!"

"Phil, Joe's son, had found a used X5 for my wife after searching for 6 months to locate just what she wanted. He allowed us to take the car out for an afternoon test drive, and my wife fell in love with it so we decided to purchase it. On my way back to Prestige with the X5, I was playing around with all the cool new buttons when all of a sudden I ran into the back end of a Lincoln Navigator. The Navigator was undamaged, while the X5 had significant (almost $10k) damage to the front end. Phil and Joe handled the embarrassing situation I created for myself very professionally, and walked me through the entire process of how to get the car back into almost new condition. Obviously I purchased the car, in fact I made the first payment while it was still in the body shop, but Phil and Joe made sure the car's condition would not be compromised. My wife is still driving, and loving, the car almost 2 years later, and we've had no mechanical or cosmetic issues since the car was repaired."

"I have a very special car, the product of a several month search. But after purchasing it, I found periodic problems with the instruments. The service department at Prestige Imports found a leak in the floor pan, allowing moisture to intermittently short circuit some wiring. Problem solved. The car is even more fun to drive."
